Forschungszentrum Telekommunikation Wien - FTW  

FTW is a nationally leading and internationally acclaimed center for research and development of technologies for future communication systems. FTW is funded as a Competence Center within the program COMET - Competence Center for Excellent Technologies supported by BMVIT, BMWFJ, and the City of Vienna. The COMET program is managed by the FFG. FTW was established in December 1998 for the purpose of carrying out Research and Development together with partners from academia and industry.
