Aix-Marseille University and the Fonds pour l’insertion des personnes handicapées dans la Fonction publique (Fiphfp) are continuing their commitment to the employment of people with disabilities.
Convention Renewal. Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. - By Invitation
Jardin du Pharo - Amphithéâtre Gastaut
58 Bd Charles Livon - 13007 Marseille
This agreement, initially signed in 2018 for a period of 4 years, has initiated a collective internal and external dynamic for the inclusion of staff with disabilities. Indeed, several actions have been developed, even beyond the legislative requirements. It is therefore quite natural that this agreement is being renewed for another 4 years.
The status of the first multidisciplinary French-speaking university, in terms of its number of students and its number of staff, confers on Aix-Marseille University a duty to set an example. Fully aware of its social responsibility as a major player in the Aix-Marseille region, this second action plan confirms Aix-Marseille-University’s commitment to a proactive and ambitious policy to promote the integration and retention of staff with disabilities. It aims to consolidate the actions already undertaken by Aix-Marseille-Université in the previous agreement, but also to open up new fields of intervention, including the reclassification of employees faced with a disability during their career. Finally, this second action plan should allow for more action on the representations of disability in the workplace and the capitalization of positive experiences. This new action plan will be carried out in 6 areas:
- Act on the recruitment of workers with disabilities
- Create the conditions for reclassification and professional retraining for personnel declared unfit
- Maintain and support the career paths of agents with disabilities
- Train and raise awareness among all Aix-Marseille-University employees to have a common culture on disability
- Strengthen collaboration with service providers and suppliers from the protected environment
- Improve digital accessibility
This afternoon will therefore be punctuated by several highlights to promote the renewal of the commitment between Aix-Marseille University and the FIPHFP. The signing will take place in the presence of Éric Berton, President of Aix-Marseille University, Laurent Bensoussan, Vice-President of Health and Disability at Aix-Marseille University, Marc Desjardins, Director of the FIPHFP, Thierry Allemand, Territorial Director of Disability Paca and Corsica, Jean-Louis Moro, Vice-President of Campus Life, QWL and Safety at Work and Alexis Rouques, Regional Director of the Bank of Territories.
In addition, contractual doctoral students with disabilities will be present to tell their stories. Other topics will also be discussed such as the partnership with the Esat Antilope, the experimentation of learning with the team of green spaces of the Depil Luminy before ending on a Visit of the TKS (presentation of the analyses carried out on the platform for the improvement of the well-being and performance of the person with disabilities)
About the FIPHFP:
Created by the law of February 11, 2005 and set up at the end of 2006, the FIPHFP, Fund for the Integration of Disabled Persons in the Civil Service, finances actions to recruit, maintain employment, provide training and improve accessibility for disabled persons in the three Civil Services (ministries, cities, departmental and regional councils, hospitals...). It operates throughout the country and for all public employers, offering one-off assistance via its online platform, or through multi-year agreements with employers and as part of the accessibility program.
