The Faculty of Science of the University of Geneva has an opening for a position as

MAÎTRE D’ENSEIGNEMENT ET DE RECHERCHE in ORGANIC CHEMISTRY

Description

The position is full time, including intense teaching at the undergraduate level, collaborative research activities in spectroscopic methods applied to solving organic chemistry problems (expertise in NMR spectroscopy would be a strong asset), and administrative duties. The Department of Organic Chemistry offers a stimulating environment in synthesis, catalysis, supramolecular materials and chemical biology, provides modern infrastructure, and enjoys stimulating synergies within the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry and the National Centre of Competence in Research (NCCR) in Chemical Biology.

Requirements

PhD degree or equivalent. Previous experience positively considered (>3 y.).
