Close collaboration with the existing chairs at the Institute of Technology in Architecture (ITA) is of particular importance. Candidates are expected to propose and develop a state-of-the-art research agenda in the field of structural design and engineering.
Successful applicants are internationally acclaimed with an acknowledged position and have excellent professional competence and practical experience in the field of structural design and in the implementation, planning and project management of architecturally and technically demanding buildings. They have knowledge on the latest digital workflows and opportunities of digitalization. Additional qualifications include a university degree – preferably with a doctoral degree – and experience, both in research and teaching in the academic context (bachelor and master).
