Job Summary

Dalhousie’s Talent Pathways temporary staffing program connects skilled and talented individuals with short-term hybrid and in-person job opportunities in Faculties and Administrative Units across our East Coast campuses.

Talent Pathways supports Dalhousie’s strategic plans on equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility by reducing barriers to employment for folks who self-identify as equity-deserving. Dalhousie defines equity-deserving groups as Indigenous persons (especially Mi’kmaq), persons with a disability, racialized persons, including persons of Black/African descent (especially African Nova Scotians), women, and persons belonging to the 2SLGBTQ+ community. If you are a member of one of these equity-deserving groups, you must self-identify during the application process to be considered for this program.
