Research Assistant or Research Associate Professor - Child, Family & Population Health Nursing School / Campus / College: School of Nursing Organization: Child, Family & Population Health Nursing Title: Research Assistant or Research Associate Professor - Child, Family & Population Health Nursing Position DescriptionThe Department of Child, Family, and Population Health Nursing (CFPHN), in the School of Nursing at the University of Washington, invites applications for one full-time, 12-month research-track faculty position at the rank of Research Assistant or Research Associate Professor, commensurate with experience, beginning in Summer 2025. Research faculty in CFPHN will be appointed for an initial 3-year term and have an annual service period of twelve months (July 1-June 30). Research faculty positions are not eligible for tenure.The base salary range for this position will be - Research Assistant Professor: $10,900-12,000 per month ($130,800-144,000 annually); or Research Associate Professor: $12,750-13,500 per month ($153,000-162,000 annually); commensurate with experience and qualifications. All University of Washington faculty appointed in research professorial titles are expected to take active roles in generating research funding and are eligible to act as principal investigators for grants and contracts. Promotion in the research professorial track is based on evaluation of scholarship and service.
