Research Associate - Swiss Competence Center for Energy Research SCCER (70-100%)
Work in daylight- and electric lighting modelling in the framework of the new Swiss Competence Center for Energy Research (SCCER)
Optical measurements and analysis of light redirection and scatter by complex fenestration systems using a scanning goniophotometer
Proactive role in the further stategic development of the newly established SCCER
Completed Master’s degree in building science, computer science, physics, or a related field
Open to PhD candidature with focus on related fields
Expertise in optical measurement and modelling
Experience with daylight simulation using Radiance desirable
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, integrity, responsibility and goal-directed work ethic
Proficiency in English
