EPFL’s School ENAC (Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering) seeks to fill two Faculty positions in Transportation. Appointments at each level (Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor) will be considered.

The topics of interest include, but are not restricted to: roads and railways, sensing and monitoring, smart infrastructures, vehicles and energy, multimodality, risk assessment and safety, real-time management, large-scale urban mobility, distributed networks, logistics and freight, big data analytics, on-demand transportation, integration with energy systems.

We are looking for researchers investigating new research topics, preferably with a multi-disciplinary expertise.

Successful candidates are expected to initiate independent research programs and be committed to excellence in research and to undergraduate/graduate/postgraduate teaching with a focus in the civil engineering program.
