Ernesto Girasole further explains that quantum information also propagates in mobile phones by going up the encryption chain, and it is through this channel that customers would be directly influenced in their purchases. As a British study also shows, this purchasing behaviour is not conscious. "Most customers have the impression that they are shopping as usual," says Sonders.
