Introduction: On 8 October 2018, the annual CIEL meeting took place at the Faculty of Law.
Colleagues from the University of Maastricht, Universität Mannheim, University of Zagreb and Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) participated. The University College Dublin and Université Toulouse 1 Capitole were excused. CIEL stands for Comparative, International and European Law, a certificate supported by these 7 partner universities that students can obtain during an Erasmus stay. In order to obtain the certificate, the students have to use 30 study credits abroad. They furthermore have a co-supervisor at the partner university for their master's thesis that they write in English.
