The symposium on Labour Law at the University of Salzburg deals with topics such as "Flexible Gestaltung von Arbeitszeit und Arbeitsort", "Steuerliche Impulse zur Attraktivierung familienfreundlicher Maßnahmen" or " Gleichstellungsanforderungen und unbezahlte Arbeit als Herausforderungen für das familienfreundliche Unternehmen".

Eröffnungsworte spricht Prof. Sylvia Hahn, Vizerektorin für Internationale Beziehung und Kommunikation. Das Einleitungsreferat hält Dr.in Sophie Karmasin, Bundesministerin für Familie und Jugend.

An der anschließenden Podiumsdiskussion nehmen Dr.in Sophie Karmasin, Bundesministerin für Familie und Jugend, Dr.in Christiane Pedit, Salzburg Research (Autorin einer einschlägigen Studie), Mag. Johann Glück, Leiter Personal der Wüstenrot-Gruppe, Julia Ganglbauer, MSc, Geschäftsführerin Biogena Stores Österreich GmbH & Biogena Stores Deutschland GmbH, MMag.a Dr.in Eva Stöckl, Arbeiterkammer Salzburg - Abteilung Allgemeine Sozialpolitik teil. Die Moderation übernimmt Gerald Stoiber, Wirtschaftsredakteur der Salzburger Nachrichten.
