Media advisory for Crew-7 with ESA astronaut Andreas Mogensen

Following the return of Danish ESA Astronaut Andreas Mogensen from his second mission to the International Space Station (ISS), he and the Crew-7 crew will share their unique experiences and insights during a press conference on Monday 25 March.

This will be the first joint opportunity for the crew to highlight the achievements of their latest mission to the ISS.

Crew-7, comprising Andreas, NASA astronaut Jasmin Moghbeli, JAXA astronaut Satoshi Furukawa and Roscosmos cosmonaut Konstantin Borisov, was launched to the Station on 26 August 2023 and spent more than six months living and working in orbit as members of Expedition 69 and 70. They returned to Earth on 12 March 2024.

The crew spent 199 days in space, with 197 days total aboard the ISS.

Andreas was the pilot of the Dragon vehicle, ensuring the spacecraft’s performance and systems as they made their way to the Space Station. This was the first time a European astronaut served as pilot on a Dragon spacecraft.
