Meet our new faculty: Hannah Sande, linguistics

Name: Hannah Sande (she/her)
Degrees: B.A., University of Minnesota, 2012; M.A., University of Minnesota, 2013; Ph.D., UC Berkeley, 2017 Research interests:  I carry out language documentation work in West Africa, specifically the Ivory Coast, and study how word building (morphology) interacts with sound systems (phonology).
Hobbies:  Rock climbing, hiking, board games and puzzle hunts.
