UCL Governor Network Lunch & Learn: sharing the Connected Curriculum - 26 February 2020

The UCL Governor Network is holding its first Lunch & Learn event, bringing together staff who are interested in schools and governing.

UCL Academy opened in 2012, with UCL the first university to be the sole sponsor of an academy. UCL has supported the school through curriculum development and sharing its learning ethos, and that now includes UCL Academy’s own Connected Curriculum and Big Ideas , inspired by UCL’s Grand Challenges.

Simon McBride, the co-Principal of the UCL Academy, will speak about how their Connected Curriculum and Big Ideas are embedding at the school, and starting to influence approaches in other schools in Camden too.

The event is open to all who are interested - please sign up via our Eventbrite page.

You can find out more about the work of the Governor Network, and how to join, on UCL’s Teaching and Learning portal.
