Founded in 2015, leadXpro AG is an established lead compound discovery company focusing on membrane protein drug targets such as GPCR?s, ion-channels and transporters. We are committed to the application of biophysical and structure-based methods for the discovery and optimization of next generation medicines. We capitalize on our knowledge and experience in membrane protein structural biology facilitated by co-location with the synchrotron (Swiss Light Source - SLS), the Free Electron Laser (SwissFEL) at the PSI. Furthermore, we collaborate with the cryo-EM facility at the University of Basel.
