We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Widening Participation (WP) /Admissions Coordinator to cover maternity leave.

The postholder will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our widening participation agenda and ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process. This varied role involves coordinating outreach activities, supporting the organisation of admissions interviews, and contributing to the planning and delivery of Open Days and Offer Holder Days. You will provide a high standard of administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


This is a fixed-term, part time post of 22 hours per week (over 3 days Wednesday-Friday) available until 31 December 2026.
