The School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in the City of New York invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track, renewable position of Lecturer in Discipline, to begin July 1, 20 2 7 . The successful candidate will teach six full-semester courses . Ten half courses (equivalent to five full courses) will be in the MIA and MPA politics core curriculum and t hree discussion sections (equivalent to one full course) will be in the course 'Inside the Situation Room ' . Candidates mu st have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in teaching public policy students in comparative politics, American politics, international relations, and international security. In addition, the incumbent will have a demonstrated record of successful academic administration, including coordinating with a variety of university offices, including registration, student affairs, and academic affairs.
