The AU International Office is looking for a new student assistant to help with the recruitment and retention of international students at Aarhus University.

The student assistant will be part of the international recruitment and marketing team at the International Office. The team consists of five full-time staff members and around seven student assistants.


Primary tasks

  • Campaign planning, execution and monitoring.
  • Tracking and analysis
  • Content ideation and production
  • Improve and maintain our webpages and subpages


Expected qualifications

  • Experience with either Google Ads, Meta ads or both
  • Possible understanding of UI/UX Design Principles
  • Possible experience with javascript
  • Possible experience with analytics platforms
  • Possible experience with CMS development
In addition, we expect that you are:
  • Comfortable working independently and manage own tasks
  • Creative, but also comfortable with routine tasks
  • Well organised with a good sense of detail
  • Internationally minded
As our Student Assistant, you will get the opportunity to

Conditions

Your place of work will be Fredrik Nielsens Vej 5, Building 1445-1448, 8000 Aarhus. Fully remote work is not an option.

Pay
The position is paid according to state agreements.
