Grade 7: Salary in the range of £39,424 - £45,212per annum. This is a part time (60%FTE), fixed term position for 3 years.

The Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences (NDORMS) is part of the Medical Sciences Division and is the largest European academic department in its field, running a globally competitive programme of research and teaching. The Botnar Research Centre enables and encourages research and education into the causes of musculoskeletal disease and their treatment. The Centre provides world-class facilities for scientists in the field of musculoskeletal research.

About the Role

In this role you will contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of a programme of applied clinical research with the Oxford Knee Group. You will develop and maintain secure and robust clinical databases for the collection, management, and reporting of patient-reported and clinical outcome data. This post involves developing training materials to ensure participant identification, recruitment, and follow-up is conducted according to protocols.

About You

You must be a qualified Physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council and be able to demonstrate clinical experience within the National Health Service. You will have knowledge and clinical experience in the management of musculoskeletal conditions. Additionally, you will have experience in the conduct of healthcare research, including involvement in ethics or governance processes.
