Appointment of Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) The University is delighted to announce that Professor Claire Warwick will be joining Durham University on 1 September 2014 as the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) to succeed Professor Tom McLeish. Professor Warwick will chair the Research Committee and will be a member of the University Executive Committee (UEC) and Senate. She will also attend University Council. Professor Warwick joins us from University College London (UCL) where she is Professor of Digital Humanities, and a member of the Department of Information Studies.
