Carine Michel, Winner of the Paris-Lyon Group Prize

Carine Michel is the 2020 recipient in the scientific category. Founded in 1932, the Paris-Lyon Group aimed to create contacts and develop personal and intellectual relationships between people from Lyon living in Paris and Parisians living in Lyon. Over the decades, it has thus helped to generate quality economic, cultural and artistic links between these two populations. A priority objective of the Paris-Lyon group is also to recognise and promote talent from Lyon and the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne region in the fields of sports, music, science, arts and literature. This year, the grand talent evening will take place on Monday, September 27 and will reward the ten winners of the last two years (classes of 2020 and 2021). Carine Michel is the 2020 recipient in the scientific category. Currently a CNRS researcher at the Chemistry Laboratory of ENS de Lyon, she works in computational chemistry.
