Transport for London has advised passengers to only travel on the Tube network if their journey is essential from Sunday evening (7 January). Severe disruption is expected with little to no service on the Tube network, and other services, such as the Elizabeth Line, are likely to be much busier than usual and affected by station closures. On Sunday, 7 January, Tube services will end earlier than usual, with customers advised to complete Tube journeys by 5.30pm. From Monday 8 to Thursday 11 January, severe disruption is expected, with little to no service on the Tube network.
