Message regarding Emeritus Professor Frank Fenner AC

ANU Vice-Chancellor Professor Ian Chubb today made the following announcement: "It is with great sadness that I inform you that Emeritus Professor Frank Fenner AC, died this morning. "He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by academics, students and all of us at ANU, and many people elsewhere. "His contribution, at and to ANU, to the nation, and indeed the world, is difficult to quantify because it is so wide-ranging. "An announcement regarding arrangements to celebrate Frank's life will be made shortly.”
