April 2022 The scanning service started life as an emergency facility during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Library has now decided to offer scan requests as a standard service. UvA students and staff members can request up to 50 pages from the printed collections. This service will be offered for free until the end of this academic year. Requests can be submitted via the Library's web form. Scans will only be made of collections in the depot, identifiable in the catalogue as having the location 'IWO-depot'.
