Dr Erik Lithander
Erik Lithander will join the ANU Executive team next year, in the newly created position of Pro Vice-Chancellor (International & Outreach), Vice-Chancellor Professor Ian Young announced today. Professor Young said: "I am delighted that Lithander has accepted our offer to join the team leading this great university. We look forward to welcoming him to campus when he joins us in June next year. "Dr Lithander is Director of International Affairs at University College Dublin (UCD) at present, and before that he was Associate Director for International Relations at the University of Auckland. "Dr Lithander was the standout candidate in a strong field. His appointment follows an international search. "Dr Lithander holds a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and an MPhil and PhD from the University of Cambridge.
