New: toolbox for supervisors at Ghent University

The Department of Personnel and Organisation maximally supports the supervisors within our university and has come up with a toolbox for supervisors. You can find all the information here. In addition to the info sheets on specific leadership themes, there is now also a guidance brochure for beginner supervisors and conversation guides to encourage a dialogue between employees and supervisors.
