Open courses - languages for life: enrol now. The Sussex Centre for Language Studies (based in Arts A ) recognises that University students, staff and members of the local community will, as global citizens, travel, live and work in countries across the world. The SCLS offer courses for a range of languages over two terms in the evenings and during some lunch times. These courses are open to students, staff and members of the public. Language courses taught include: Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), British Sign Language, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Latin, Japanese and Russian. If you want to add a language to your skills and make the most of your evenings in a friendly and enjoyable environment, enrol now! Course fees are very competitive.
