Open Science grant for SciPost

The project 'Next stage development of SciPost's publishing infrastructure' of Jean-Sébastien Caux (UvA-IoP) will receive an NWO Open Science grant of 50,000 euros. Caux will use the grant to further develop the nonprofit open science publication platform SciPost. At the Institute of Physics, the SciPost team headed by Caux develops a nonprofit open science publication platform. Based on open science principles, the SciPost journals publish open access articles, without subscription fees or author fees. SciPost publishes five physics journals, and is now extending into other disciplines. Strengthening infrastructure. Working with different scientific communities requires further development of the IT infrastructure and the web app.
