UCL hosts its second Volunteering Fair of term

UCL is hosting a second Volunteering Fair of term, following the success of last month's event. The UCLU Volunteering Fair is the largest event of its kind for students in London. It gives students the opportunity the find out about 40 new charity projects, which were not included in October's fair. Exhibitors include the British Heart Foundation, London Wildlife Trust and Age UK, as well as a number of student-run volunteering groups. John Braime, UCLU Volunteering Manager said: "We were very pleased with the amazing response to our first Volunteering Fair in October - UCL students are really interested in getting connected with the wider community. The Fairs are an easy way to get involved - you can just come down and have a chat with people from community organisations and not-for-profits, and find something that suits your timetable and interests." The event takes place between noon and 3pm in the South Cloisters. , click here.
