Bioinformatician - Cancer Ecosystems and Metastasis Laboratory (CEMLab)Faculté de Médecine The Cancer Ecosystems and Metastasis Laboratory (CEMLab) at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), led by Panagiotis (Takis) Karras, is seeking for a skilled bioinformatician with experience in single-cell multi-omics. The candidate will focus on projects to better characterize the drivers of cancer metastasis, profile the inter- and intra-tumor heterogeneity and plasticity combining mouse models and clinical samples. Applicants should demonstrate expertise in programming languages (Python and/or R) as well as experience working with high-performance computing clusters. The successful applicant will join the ULB Faculty of Medicine and the Institute Jules Bordet within the campus. Date limite : Applications will be accepted until the position is filled | |
