Coursework Scholarships Coordinator
Position Description Classification: ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration) Salary package: $98,387 - $113,252 per annum plus 17% superannuation Terms: Full-time (multiple roles available) Priority consideration will be given to staff within the Education Portfolio, including College Staff transitioning into the Education Portfolio The Position The Coursework Scholarship Coordinator plays a key operational role in delivering a diverse portfolio of student financial awards and sponsorship programs managed by the Coursework Scholarships Office (CSO). This position oversees the administration of coursework scholarships, supervising team members to ensure accurate, efficient, and student-focused service delivery. The role also provides high-level secretariat and administrative support for several prestigious national and international scholarship programs, ensuring processes are managed with professionalism and attention to detail. A strong focus on governance and compliance is essential, as the Coordinator supports the CSO and broader University in adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. The role requires flexibility during peak periods, including occasional evening and weekend work.
