Your main tasks

• Active participation in the chair’s research projects, with a specific focus on the DFG-funded project Financing, Production, and Dissemination of Science.
• Conducting independent research within a dynamic academic environment.
• The position provides ample opportunity and support for further academic qualification.

• Aktive Mitwirkung an den Forschungsprojekten des Lehrstuhls, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf das DFG-geförderte Projekt Finanzierung, Produktion und Verbreitung von Wissenschaft.
• Durchführung eigenständiger Forschungsvorhaben in einem dynamischen akademischen Umfeld.
• Im Rahmen der Tätigkeit wird Gelegenheit zur wissenschaftlichen Weiterqualifikation geboten.

Your profile

• A completed university degree and a Ph.D. (Promotion) in Economics (candidates in the final stages of their doctoral studies will also be considered).
• A research focus in at least one of the following areas: Economic Theory, Game Theory, or Industrial Organization.
• Excellent proficiency in theoretical methods of economics.
• Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).

• Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium sowie eine Promotion (Ph.D.) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (oder kurz vor dem Abschluss stehend).
• Forschungsschwerpunkt in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Wirtschaftstheorie, Spieltheorie oder Industrieökonomik.
• Exzellente Kenntnisse in theoretischen Methoden der Volkswirtschaftslehre.
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
