Aalto University Financial Services is now looking for a Controller, Planning to join us to elevate Aalto financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities to a new level! Your role and goals In this role you will manage Aalto University Group’s financial planning cycle end-to-end, including system development, instructions, scheduling, training, presentations and end-user support. You will also have a key role in supporting and developing financial reporting, and are responsible for certain areas of analysis towards top management and other stakeholders. As the Controller responsible for planning, you are the business owner for our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Planning solution. Not just on a high-level, but with hands-on detailed mastery of the whole system, both operating it and in developing it further. Your network and team Finance Partnering team coordinates management accounting, project controlling and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities across the university. In this role your key stakeholders are: You will report to Head of Finance Partnering. Your experience and ambitions To succeed in this role, you need to have o Experience in controlling or FP&A role Additionally, an ideal candidate would also have: o Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), preferably with under-the-hood experience and skills What we offer o Professional and friendly finance team with a can-do service attitude, and world-class financial system.
