Our faculty members generate practice-changing research, improve national standards of care, advance public policy, and prepare the next generations of physician-leaders in the field. With this position, you would be joining a dynamic administrative team who directly facilitate and support the advancement of research, education, and knowledge translation in obstetrics and gynaecology, from a local to a global perspective. As the Program Administrator, Fellowships and Global Health, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality support across the department’s Fellowship and Global Health initiatives. As the first point of contact for inquiries, you will guide applicants, learners, and program partners by coordinating program information and application processes, while ensuring procedures and deadlines are clearly communicated. You will maintain accurate program records, support scheduling and logistics for program activities, and assist with meetings and communications. You will also assist with various aspects of travel and accommodation arrangements for Global Health trainees in the AMPATH (Academic Model Providing Access to Healthcare) program. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and responsive client service, you will help ensure the smooth, efficient delivery of Fellowships and Global Health programming and contribute meaningfully to the department’s academic mission.
