Read more on the University website about being a Lund University employee: Work for us Lund UniversityDuties and responsibilitiesReassessing Aristotelian Science (RAS) is a project financed by a Wallenberg Academy Fellowship (until 2027-12-31) on medieval Aristotelian philosophy of science from a socio-epistemic perspective. The project’s PI is Wallenberg Fellow Ana María Mora-Márquez. The call is for a project assistant. The holder of the position must conduct research in medieval philosophy of science that is relevant for the project Reassessing Aristotelian Science. They must also, in collaboration with co-workers, contribute to the research environment of the department.QualificationsDocumented skills in academic writen English and in spoken English. Documented skills in Latin. Documented experience with research in medieval philosophy.Requirements for the position
Other meritsPreference will be given to applicants who have earned their degree no more than three years prior to the application deadline. Knowledge and experience in medieval mathematics or physics. Education in the history of philosophy with an analytical focus. Proficiency in Latin.The evaluation of applicants will primarily be based on their qualifications and potential as a research assistant. Particular emphasis will be placed on academic skill in the subject area.
