Under the general direction of the Associate Chair, Undergraduate Curriculum Development, and the day-to-day supervision of the Undergraduate Program Administrator & Academic Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our undergraduate curriculum renewal and modernization, and our professional program accreditation requirements. This will include data analysis, data processing and preparing curriculum change documents to support governance process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Documenting and maintaining curriculum maps
• Disseminating and collecting surveys and questionnaires
• Analyzing survey results
• Advising staff and faculty on program curriculum change policies and procedures
• Reviewing and assessing proposals for minor modifications to programs and courses
• Coordinating engineering accreditation and/or program audit processes
• Analyzing internal and external trends and recommending educational programming improvements
• Researching curriculum and program trends and writing summary reports for instructors
• Coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
• A minimum three (3) years of recent and related experience in a post-secondary setting, including experience in student services and administrative support.
• Demonstrated experience with ROSI, Degree Explorer, ACORN and Quercus or equivalent level student information system.
• Experience working with databases and producing reports.
• Experience analyzing data and identifying meaningful trends and results.
• Ability to deal effectively, professionally, and personably with a multi-cultural, international and diverse pool of students, applicants, faculty and staff.
• Sensitivity to diverse communication styles and value systems.
• Excellent computer skills, including extensive experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint); Content Management Systems (WordPress, Quercus), Experience with LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini; Extensive experience with ROSI or equivalent system and comfortable using new digital platforms.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Proven ability to deal with matters of sensitivity and confidentiality. Good judgement, tact and discretion.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality customer and student services, exemplary team player. Superior drive and focus.
• Ability to prioritize work and multi-task. Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines, quickly adapt and learn new processes.
