Climate change drivers, climate modelling and climate change impact studies. The concepts of sustainability, resiliency, and reliability. Climatic and flooding hazards. Uncertainty and non-stationarity processes as extreme events become more severe. Benefits of building sustainable and resilient infrastructures in terms of efficient capital and operational costs while providing society with healthier and more convenient infrastructure.
