Because we are searching for personalities who want to use their expertise to help answering the big questions of tomorrow.Your personal sphere of influence:As an Organisational Assistant, you will work with the two Doctoral Schools VDS CoBeNe (Cognition, Behaviour, Neuroscience) and VDSEE (Ecology and Evolution). You will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective applicants, members, relevant service units of the University of Vienna, and external cooperation partners. The position requires maintaining an overview of the doctoral school programmes, the supervisors and doctoral candidates across different departments and faculties of the University of Vienna, as well as their research laboratories.Your future tasks:
