About the situation in Ukraine

As an academic community we have a special responsibility for all the students and staff affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine, regardless of their background. It is good to see that the UvA community is united in this. Support for students and academics . The UvA is closely monitoring the situation in the affected areas and is in contact with staff and students who are currently in Russia or Ukraine, and with students and staff from the region who study or work here. We want to help them and support the initiatives organized by students and staff.
