Auditorium/SUB area closed due to discovery of suspected unexploded bomb

A suspected unexploded bomb has been found near the Central Campus and will be defused or removed as soon as possible. For this reason, a safety area of 1000 meters is currently being set up and evacuated. Among other buildings, the Auditorium, SUB, Juridicum, Theologicum, VG, the Institute for Democracy Research as well as the buildings on Nikolausberger Weg to Goßlerstraße are affected. The buildings must be evacuated. If you are in one of these buildings, please leave immediately. The University is coordinating with the police on site. As soon as the cordon is lifted, we will inform you by email.
