students - UCL Student Support and Wellbeing is recruiting for full-time UCL postgraduate students to work as Student Residence Advisers (SRAs) in halls of residence for the fixed term contract period 1 September 2022 - 31 July 2023. Student Residence Advisers are responsible for helping students settle into life at UCL and proactively building the hall community by running events and activities. SRAs offer peer-to-peer pastoral support and signpost residents to wider UCL services. SRAs work on a rota basis during weekday evenings and throughout weekends, bank holidays and periods of UCL closure, when site offices are closed. Each shift is spent performing community-building activities and providing proactive wellbeing support. SRAs are allocated to and are expected to reside within one of UCL's halls of residence. A single room is offered free of charge for this purpose.
