At UCL, we are part of some of the world’s most exciting advancements-but to allow this trailblazing work to happen, we need to continually evolve as an institution. That’s where the Strategic Change team comes in.

We are a team of Change Managers, Business Analysts, Programme Managers and Service Designers dedicated to deliver on high-priority operational change so that students and staff can thrive. Our change however doesn’t happen in a silo, so we want to equip our community with what they need to be confident in leading or being part of change.

Now, with the launch of our new Strategic Change SharePoint , you have a one-stop shop to explore who we are, what we do, and how we can help you turn bold ideas into meaningful results. The Strategic Change team are on a mission to improve operational services across the university - but we are also a support for teams across UCL to deliver, lead and cope with change. Our SharePoint is just one step in achieving this goal.

We will continue to develop our materials but in the meantime, if you work in a change-related role in another part of the organisation and would like the support of likeminded colleagues, we are creating the Strategic Change Network to get together to share practice and support each other.
