We are a team of Change Managers, Business Analysts, Programme Managers and Service Designers dedicated to deliver on high-priority operational change so that students and staff can thrive. Our change however doesn’t happen in a silo, so we want to equip our community with what they need to be confident in leading or being part of change.

The Strategic Change team are on a mission to improve operational services across the university - but we are also a support for teams across UCL to deliver, lead and cope with change. Our SharePoint is just one step in achieving this goal.
