Everything you need to know to sit a Late Summer Assessment

Students sitting on the Portico Steps - The Late Summer Assessment (LSA) period, for students who are sitting deferred or failed assessments, takes place from 22 August to 9 September 2022 this year. All centrally managed assessments will take place on AssessmentUCL, our digital assessment platform. Important: This guidance is for centrally-managed assessments only (all those that will be listed on your Assessment Timetable). You may also have other assessments that are being run by your department; they will advise you about these. We have summarised the key webpages below to help with your assessment prep:  Exams and assessments hub , for guidance on sitting Late Summer Assessments including key dates, links to the student regulations, when and how you will be able to view your timetable, and how to access AssessmentUCL. When you log in to AssessmentUCL, you will see three links called 'Practice Assessment.' Each one allows you to practice a different assessment format: Practice Online Assessment: Where the answers to the questions are entered directly into AssessmentUCL. You may also be asked to upload handwritten or other file types.
