The East Midlands Knowledge Network (EMKN) offers a comprehensive list of all the business services offered by The University of Nottingham and the region's nine other universities at www.emkn.org.uk - The University of Nottingham offers an extensive array of high quality business services through the website, relevant to businesses of all sizes seeking an extra edge — particularly in the current economic downturn. The Network — put together by the East Midlands Universities Association (EMUA) — has identified higher education services across the region and presented them in an accessible format that ensures businesses can easily find the support best suited to their needs. Universities in Nottinghamshire have already worked with a wide variety of companies and organisations including Future Health Technologies Ltd, Nemaura Pharma Ltd, Thorntons, Zimupa Ltd, Freshcut Foods Ltd, Nottingham City Community Educational Psychology Service, Skylight Media Ltd and the Nova Scotia Gaming Company. Information about these companies, and many others who have benefitted from university expertise, can be found on the website.
