Sign up to a workshop to help shape the university’s Strategic Plan 2022-27 .
We’re in the middle of a community-wide consultation to develop UCL’s new Strategic Plan for the next five years. Whatever your level of study, if you’re a UCL student we want your help!
In Term One, we asked you for your views on what kind of university we are right now and what we should aspire to be. In student submissions and workshops held this term, some students have said:
This term, we’re asking where we should focus our effort and investment so that we can make a greater positive impact on the world through our research and education. Please share your ideas, from what your education might look like and how we could improve campus, to how we can work with the wider world.
To drive the conversation, we’re publishing a series of discussion papers. Read the papers and their executive summaries and find out more about the consultation (UCL email required).
There are lots of ways you can get involved and share your thoughts on the future of UCL:
If you have any further ideas of how you want to be involved in this process, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Strategic Plan student workshops
Join us for a workshop to discuss the plans, ask questions and share your experiences of being a UCL student.
We will be exploring the Evolving the UCL Grand Challenges and Academic opportunities for targeted investment papers. What do you think of the proposed areas of focus and how do you think they will impact on your education? And what are your thoughts on the proposed principles for making investment decisions, and the suggested areas of investment?
No previous experience or knowledge is required - just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to make your mark on the future of UCL.
Workshops are scheduled for Wednesday 26 January, 1.30-3pm and 3.30-5pm, in Room G.01, UCL Central House. Light refreshments will be provided.
