The Master in Building Science and Technology (BST) program targets students who wish to develop and deepen their knowledge in the areas of building performance, sustainable design and building informatics. Students in the graduate program Building Science and Technology learn how to apply scientific methods and state-of-the-art technologies in order to address the multi-faceted challenges posed by high-performance and sustainable buildings. This Program is organized and scientifically supervised by the Department of Building Physics and Building Ecology. Program Strength Courses in building performance and building informatics State-of-the-art computational design software, building performance modeling software and building diagnostics laboratory Scientific methodology and research design Intelligent and sustainable buildings - Who should apply - The program is open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, such as the following or related subjects: - Civil engineering Mechanical engineering Computer science - Career Prospects - The program's graduates are able to pursue careers in professional practices - Industrial research and development related to buildings Technical offices focused on buildings Academic and non-academic research institutions Governmental organizations Consulting firms - Format - 3 semesters of full-time studies, 1 semester Master's project (120 ECTS).
