This was the biggest go-live yet for the MyServices platform following the launch of Ioe and Finance Services earlier in the summer.
Most central support requests - from IT help and recruitment queries to Finance support can now be found on MyServices.
Did you know that in the past, over 30,000 tickets were raised as duplicates or follow-ups?
Using the portal enables users to see real time status of their requests, follow-up, re-open, and provide feedback.
We are pleased to see some early data from HR domain that shows over 65% of requests were raised via the MyServices Portal.
We are working closely with remaining areas who will be moving to the new platform in the coming weeks. They include Commercial & Procurement, Research Innovation Services, LCCOS Facilities and some remaining areas of HR and Finance. MyServices replaces our previous platform Remedyforce.
