The academic holiday was founded in 2021 by Sean Casey, ’22, and Jonathan Lipman, ’22, with the goal of engaging students in the democratic process. This year’s programming, the first in a presidential general election year, featured 30 events across campus, from panel discussions to public service career mixers.
