School year 2018-2019: registration and arrival guidelines
All you need to know about the registration regulations and mandatory events for international students at the ENS de Lyon. Registration procedures and schedules - For Masters students: please follow the regular procedure (step 1 is not required for international students). Note to first-year Masters students only : the pre-registration online form (step 2) is handled by the ENS International Office. For exchange students: please refer to this page for detailed information before and after your arrival. To ease your arrival at the school, download and carefully read the guidelines below - [Note: this schedule is for Masters students only] The administrative registration schedule allows you to follow the steps relevant to your enrollment according to your status. Your presence is mandatory on the given day. The back-to-school schedule is your essential guide for keeping up with all the fresh year meetings and events. Your presence is mandatory when specified. Additional information will be displayed every day on the message board (located in the reception hall of both sites), as well as your student e-mail contact provided after completing registration ( name.surname@ens-lyon.fr ). Annual Alumni Conference Wednesday, September 5 from 2:30 pm to 4 pm @ Amphithéâtre Mérieux (Monod) Open to the general public and mandatory for first-term Masters students , the annual alumni conference enable new students to hear about the career paths and professional background of a former ENS de Lyon student.
