Scientific excellence recognised with awards
21 January 2014 - The early-career achievements of three University of Sydney academics, conducting research in veterinary science, geoscience and chemistry, have been recognised with prestigious awards from the Australian Academy of Science. "These awards celebrate both career-long contributions by some of Australia's most distinguished researchers and remarkable discoveries made by younger investigators," said Academy President, Professor Suzanne Cory. "Each recipient is an outstanding scientist. On behalf of the Academy I warmly congratulate each of these individuals on their remarkable achievements in science."
